Marketplace is the kick-off to the holiday shopping season and benefits a great cause – Safe Kids Northeast Georgia.  Several thousand attendees visit the market annually to shop an exciting variety of merchants from seven or more states.

New this year are exciting new experiences for the whole family during our general admission shopping days on Friday and Saturday, November 8 and 9. Tickets can be purchased for $6 at the door on Friday and Saturday.

• The Dapper Den: Our new men’s experience sponsored by Ranger Manufacturing will be open throughout the weekend in the Lanier Room. Gentlemen can enjoy complimentary golf simulation, bourbon tasting, and browse offerings from several merchants catering to men’s interests.
• Silent Auction: In the lobby area, guests will find our new Silent Auction featuring works from local artists. You’ll have the opportunity to bid on or buy unique pieces of art.
• “Home for the Holidays”: Sponsored by Funari Real Estate, this new décor experience will feature holiday tablescapes created by local designers for purchase along with holiday wreaths and floral arrangements.
• Food Court: For a cozy break from shopping, visit our new oversized, heated tent on the courtyard. This warm environment will feature food merchants and seating areas, perfect for enjoying lunch and treats with family and friends.
• Children’s Activities: We’ve added several engaging activities for children during our general shopping days:
  • Children’s Story Time on stage, sponsored by Longstreet Pediatrics and Carrol Daniel Construction, with reading sessions provided by The Storybook Market.
  • Santa Claus visits on Saturday sponsored by Smith-Bell Petroleum, with complimentary digital photos by Wallhanger Photography.
  • Letter writing to Santa using stationery from Pretty Little Papers.
  • Cookie decorating provided by Baked Gainesville.
